Registration > Cancellation conditions

Cancellation of registration must be notified by e-mail to ialic2024@u-bordeaux.fr  at least 16 days before the start of the scientific event. A cancellation fee of 10% will be charged.

Registration fees for cancellations made less than 15 days before the start of the scientific event will not be reimbursed. In the event of non-payment of sums due at the time of cancellation, these fees remain due. The University will arrange for any refunds to be made after the event has taken place.

No refunds will be made in the event of no-shows and no-notification.

 No request for reimbursement will be accepted after the congress, except in cases of force majeure (hospitalization, serious accident, death of the delegate, his/her spouse or partner, ascendants or descendants, brothers and sisters, sons-in-law and daughters-in-law, fire, explosion, theft, water damage or natural event causing major damage to the delegate's home occurring before his/her departure and requiring his/her presence at the scene of the disaster or at his/her secondary residence or business belonging to him/her and managed by the delegate, etc.).
